I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk. I cover all events in Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and London.

You initially receive 5 preview photos before the photos are released. You will receive a copy of every photo which has been purchased to use for advertising and social media. If you would like to purchase additional photos, please contact me and I will provide a customised package price.

To secure the showcase video package booking I require a 50% deposit and signed contract. It’s helpful to provide any specific details, branding elements, or key moments you’d like captured. In advance I require you to provide audio tracks and credit names if you would like to include. For the best coverage, I request a central position at the rear of the theatre, if required seats will need to be booked.

Once you have booked your session we will arrange a date for your shoot. I will capture a range of headshots in my home studio and we will work collaboratively to ensure we achieve your desired outcome. After your shoot you will be sent an online gallery of all of your watermarked images and you can choose your favourites, to be retouched and edited. Additional images can also be purchased. For your session I recommend that you bring a range of different coloured tops and jackets, to ensure we achieve the best outcome.

Deposit- For Showcase Videography and Promotional Photoshoots, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of contact to secure your chosen date and time. For Headshot sessions, a £50 deposit is required within 48 hours of contact to confirm your booking. I will provisionally book your date until the deposit has been received and the session will then be secured. If payment is not completed within 48 hours, I may offer the date to another client. The deposit is non-refundable and deducted from the final price of your package. For enquires of 7 days or less than the booking date - payment must be made in full. Cancellations- All cancellations must be made in writing, understandably illness and extreme circumstances are unavoidable. Contact must be made at least 24 hours before the session date to discuss rearranging your session to an agreeable date and time. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. If you fail to contact Emma within 24 hours or do not arrive for your session you will forfeit your deposit and no refund will be given.
