How far in advance do I need to book?I recommend booking as soon as you have the date and venue confirmed. I am currently taking bookings for 2023 and 2024 weddings.

Will I need to pay a deposit?A 50% deposit will be required on booking with the remainder due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Where are you based? Do you travel?I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk. I cover all venues in Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk. I welcome the opportunity to further destinations in the UK- travel expenses required.

Can I extend my package coverage?I can attend the wedding longer for an additional price per hour.

Are you insured?Yes, I am fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Do I need to sign a contract?Yes a contract is sent to you to read and sign. It provides more detailed information about my wedding package.

How many photographs will I receive?700+ edited high resolution digital images- all colour corrected and retouched.

How long will it take to receive my photos?You will receive your online viewing gallery and USB within four weeks.

What do I need to bring to a family photo shoot?For your session all that is required are happy, smiley faces. ​ Please wear clothing which is comfortable and suitable. Matching clothing of shades and styles also work to enhance your images. ​ If you have a young child or baby I recommend bringing a toy with you.

Where will my photoshoot take place?Family Portrait and Newborn sessions take place in my home studio or on a location of your choosing! ​ My home studio is located in Ipswich. Please note location sessions may require an additional travel cost.

Can I purchase additional images?Yes, you can purchase additional images and you will be sent an extra photos pricing list.

When is best to book my newborn shoot?I recommend booking your newborn shoot for around 10 days after your due date. However, the sessions are very flexible and can be moved or postponed to a later date.

What do I need to bring for my newborn?White Baby Grow Range of white blankets/swaddles Any sentimental items- items which have their name on Toys

What should my family wear?I recommend wearing complimentary colours to your family. For a newborn shoot, you might want to choose e.g. neutrals, whites greys, light blues to compliment the baby.

Can myself and siblings have photos with my newborn?Yes of course I always encourage family and sibling portraits.

My child is 2 months, do I book a newborn or family session?Those aged 0-3 months are within the newborn package and 3 months upwards are included in my family sessions.

Can I bring my dog to a session?YES!... Dogs are always welcome on both my location and studio sessions- as long as the location/venue allows them. I photograph small pets in my studio. All I request is that they are on a lead/with an owner at all times and it is at the owners responsibility.

Deposit and CancellationsDeposit- All packages *excluding wedding/showcases* require a £50 deposit within 48 hours of contact to secure the date and time. I will provisionally book your date until the deposit has been received and the session will then be secured. If payment is not completed within 48 hours, I may offer the date to another client. The deposit is non-refundable and deducted from the final price of your package, final payment is due on the day of the shoot. For enquires of 7 days or less than the booking date - payment must be made in full. Cancellations- All cancellations must be made in writing, understandably illness and extreme circumstances are unavoidable. Contact must be made at least 24 hours before the session date to discuss rearranging your session to an agreeable date and time. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. If you fail to contact Emma within 24 hours or do not arrive for your session you will forfeit your deposit and no refund will be given.

Where will the photoshoot take place?First birthday sessions take place in my home studio located in IP4, Ipswich. ​

When is best to book?Depending on your preference, we can schedule the session to be either on the date of your little ones first birthday or I would recommend booking 3 weeks in advance, to ensure the photos are ready in time for the special day.

What is included in the sessions?All cake smash, splash and first birthday sessions include a balloon arch, use of number 1 accessories and a minimum of 5 digital edited images. The cake smashes included a professionally baked cake from a local baker, which you can take home with you.

What do I need to bring?For your little ones session all that is required are happy, smiley faces. I would recommend dressing them in an outfit which compliments the colours of the balloon arch however, this is not set in stone. Please bring a towel and change of clothes for after the splash and cake smash, as it may get messy!

Do you cater for allergies?If your child has any allergies please contact me directly to discuss further.

My child has just turned one, am I too late?No not at all, I welcome children older than one for a birthday shoot. Please contact me directly to discuss further.

Where does my photo shoot take place?Headshot sessions take place in my home studio, located in Ipswich. ​ Full Shoots and Mini Shoots can take place in my studio or out on location, I can help you to find a good location if you don't already have one in mind.

I'm coming for a headshot - do I need to bring anything?For your session I recommend that you bring a range of different coloured tops and jackets, to ensure we achieve the best outcome.

What happens in a headshot session?Once you have booked your session we will arrange a date for your shoot. I will capture a range of headshots in my home studio and we will work collaboratively to ensure we achieve your desired outcome. ​ After your shoot you will be sent an online gallery of all of your watermarked images and you can choose your favourites, to be retouched and edited. Additional images can also be purchased.

I am a dancer, what should I bring to my photo session?A selection of leotards/outfits which compliment your complexion -Ballet shoes, Pointe shoes or bare feet may be required in the shoot -Any costumes you love or perform in The photos are a focus on you as a dancer, the styling is used as an accessory to enhance your abilities. Heavy styling may be a distraction. ​ Please take into consideration pointe shoes will be worn outside.
